Terms of Service

Welcome to ThinkLabMatrix. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform at ThinkLabMatrix.click.

1. Services

ThinkLabMatrix delivers practical programs for applied AI skills, including live sessions, guided exercises and support materials. Scheduling details and participation requirements are provided at registration.

2. Infoproducts

We offer digital learning modules and video courses. Access is granted upon purchase. Eligible for reimbursement if less than 20% of content has been accessed within 30 days.

3. Physical Goods

Branded merchandise and printed resources are available. Upon delivery, please inspect the items. Goods in unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the reimbursement policy below.

4. Reimbursement Policy

Live Programs: Requests for reimbursement must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. After that deadline, sessions are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original method of purchase within 14 business days.

Infoproducts: You may request a full reimbursement within 30 days of purchase if under 20% of the content has been accessed. Requests submitted via Contact Form are processed within 10 business days.

Physical Goods: Items in original, unused condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Requests are made via Contact Form. Product cost is reimbursed within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item. Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred when sending items back.

5. Cancellations and Transfers

Enrollment may be transferred to a future session if requested at least 7 days before the original start date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be arranged via Contact Form. No fee applies.

6. No-Show and Late Cancellations

Failure to attend a live session or late cancellations without prior notice result in forfeiture of eligibility for reimbursement or transfer, given the planning commitments involved.

8. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect 7 days after posting on ThinkLabMatrix.click. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
